Objectives

The aims of the session are:

  1. The first lecture will address how Biological drugs-biosimilars provide novel therapeutic options with potentially high added value, but they also generate new challenges.
  2. The second lecture will introduce new technological approaches that pave the way for a deeper understanding of molecular mechanisms of disease.
  3. The third lecture will address the role of the gut-brain axis in neurodevelopmental disorders.
  4. The session will conclude with a lecture on current and future computational challenges of Personalized Medicine.
