Mathematical Modeling of Metabolic Processes (MathSysBiol)
The group is an expert in Integrative Systems Biology and Bioinformatics. We have expertise in mathematical modeling of biological processes. We develop mathematical formalisms and methods for data integration that can be used in creating multilevel models of biological processes. We are also experts in the analysis of biological design and organization principles of molecular circuits. We also have expertise in developing and applying bioinformatics approaches and applications to analyze and integrate omics data.
