High Performance Computing
The evolution of both the Genomics Units and the Integrative Cancer Biology Program created the need for a high performance computing infrastructure at the institution. This has been serving the needs of the different groups on campus since 2011 with several upgrades. The CPD located in the annex of the IGTP Muntanya Building on the Can Rut Campus. The current infrastructure includes fully redundant computing cluster, 86Tb storage and backup systems.
