Workshop: "Data integration: Electronic Health Record - Omics Data"
The Working Group on Data Integration from Bioinformatics Barcelona Association (BIB) has organized the Workshop "Data integration: electronic health record - omics data", which will be held next Thursday July 5th, 2018, at the CRAG Auditorium.
The aim of the workshop is to present problems and solutions about data integration between electronic health record and omics data and to facilitate a debate in order to reach conclusions and follow-up actions in this data integration.
The workshop will start with presentations about the problems and current / future solutions on the integration of data included in the Electronic Health Record of patients, with the growing number of omics data (genomic, phenotypic, etc.) collected from the same patients. Speakers will be representatives from hospitals, companies, and health administration. Following the presentations there will be a debate between the speakers and attendees.
